Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sum Bug! By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site worldwide. The Site is a free web tool provided for general informational and educational purposes. By using the Site, you acknowledge that no client/customer relationship is formed and that you use the calculators at your own discretion.

Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Site and its calculator tools. This license is for your own personal or internal business use – for example, you may use the calculators to assist with homework, research, or business calculations for your company’s internal needs. Introducing any malware, virus, Trojan horse, or other harmful code into the Site, or otherwise attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the Site (such as launching a denial-of-service attack), is strictly prohibited.
• Framing or Misrepresentation: You will not frame, mirror, or embed the Site (or any part of it) into another website or application without our express written consent. You also agree not to falsely imply a relationship with or endorsement by Sum Bug. This means you should not present our calculators or content within another service in a way that misleads others into thinking our Site is associated with or providing data to that service without our permission.
• Unauthorized Use of Content: You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any portion of the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. This includes not using our calculator tools or underlying code in your own product or website without authorization. (Using the calculators interactively on our Site for their intended purpose is, of course, perfectly fine.)

If you violate any of the above rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include terminating or suspending your access to the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site – including the software code, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, designs, and layout – are the intellectual property of the Site operators (and/or our licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us.

Your use of the Site does not grant you any ownership of or rights to any aspect of the Site’s content or intellectual property. You may not use the Sum Bug name, logo, or any other proprietary graphics or trademarks displayed on the Site without our prior written consent. (For clarity: you’re welcome to refer to our site name in a truthful manner, but you can’t claim it as your own or use our branding to advertise your own products.)

Disclaimer of Warranties

Use at Your Own Risk: The Site and all its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sum Bug makes no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We also do not guarantee that the results or outputs from our calculators will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose, as every use case is different and errors may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The calculator tools and information provided are for educational and general informational purposes. They are not intended to replace professional advice (for example, financial, medical, or engineering advice). You should use your own judgment and double-check important calculations with other methods or consult a professional if needed.

Limitation of Liability
